our team makes go to local people and ask anything about business model like problems and how they solved, target customer, channels and unique value proposition. after that, we asked what they do, they feel, they speak and they think. we make a lot of of question like in the picture above.we got 3 issues and choose one of them.

We visited the Green Tea factory in Gambung, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. We have get some interviews from workers and researchers, find local issues about problems in the factory. In addition, our team chose one of the issue that helps to provide a helping hand to get better product of tea.
