packing process need much time. because there are two rooms for package process. the first room is for sealing and put in the white tea. the other's one is only for cutting the alumunium foil

UV light is used to remove bacteria from dried leaves, but there is no guarantee that the bacteria is gone. There is notification

Issue 3 : Delivery time from previous to next process is so slow because the system is just manual.

The air circulation in dryer room is not good, the room is full of strong smell of tea, no fresh air and the exhaust are not utilized maximally

Tea leaves dryer is a little bit dangerous because the dryer transfers electricity and the worker has to touch the hole in the oven to detect whether theres still steam comes out from the oven or not. There is no any alarm or notification everything is do

Issue 2 : working method of sorting is messy because they use too many and inefficient baking sheet.

Issue 1 : The room is so uncomfortable because it's too small to work and the chair is not fit properly.

The room is not well arrange, the working space is messy, stuffy and unorganized. The condition makes the workspace is more uncomfortable.

They don't have the tools to monitor the pressure in rolling tool, meanwhile the pressure can decide whether the tea leave will crash or not.

It's hard to seperate good or bad leaf confirmly because there's not classified box or label.
