We visited the White tea factory in Gambung, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. We have get some interviews from workers, find local issues about problems in the factory. Our team choose one of the issue.

We made the top of the product shape like rectangle to fix the plastic bag. Also, add the wheels to move easily. Using nails helps to make hole in plastic bag.

Our team is going to make tool to gather the tea more useful. Making tool helps the worker to get a helping hand.

We visited Green tea factory in Gambung and heard about the problem that factory are facing with. We discussed about the issues with the manager and based on the priority criteria, our team defined major issue as “monitoring temperature”. After that, we suggested many ideas through brain writing, and finally we decided the idea as ‘remote monitoring temperature system ...

our team makes go to local people and ask anything about business model like problems and how they solved, target customer, channels and unique value proposition. after that, we asked what they do, they feel, they speak and they think. we make a lot of of question like in the picture above.we got 3 issues and choose one of them.
