We talked to some local residents to learn more about the river conditions and the problems they have been experiencing. From our discussion, we found that one of the main problems is the amount of waste accumulating in the river, especially during the rainy season. This often causes the previous existing turbine to malfunction or even get damaged.

So, our group came up with the idea of making a barrier that can filter or collect the waste. We also want to add a pH monitoring system to monitor the water quality.
