The machine improves the traditional dough sheeting process by integrating a ¼ HP motor and pulley-belt system, reducing the physical effort required to operate the rollers. It features adjustable speed control, an automatic dough-detection system that stops the machine after 10 seconds without dough, and an emergency stop button for improved safety. Designed for comfortable seated operation, CAKEP aims to make traditional food production easier, safer, and more efficient while remaining practical for small-scale businesses.
