We have define some problem from local Issue and choose this separate or classifying coffee beans is most valuable problem.

Here is some of the idea that we choose to be a solution for the classifying problem.

We have improved the idea before so it can rotate to make it easier to use.

We have improved our design, make it more detaill, and listed the material that will be needed.

We plan the step-by-step process and the tools tha we need to manufacturing the design we have made.

We have purchased the materials we need. We came to three shop, building material, bamboo shop, and secondhand shop. We have purchased all that we need. But materials from building material shop will come at tomorrow noon.

Today we have start our manufacturing process for making the products. We have completed the structure and prepared the cover. We also start making filter and the pyramid parts of our products. For today, the product is about 30% completed.

Today, we have made another progress of our product. We have commpleted our structure and covers. Then we make our filters, its progress is 80% for now. We also completed our pyramid. For the assembly process, we have done 50% of the progress. Overall progress is 70% for today.

Today we continue our product. There are some issue in the making the product. We need to buy more materials for the product. We also do some improvement based on problem we found while making it. It makes we have to change the design too. Everything has been done, but it still need more improvement to increase the performance.

This is the description of our product. It still need more improvement and more test but we think it works enough.

Today, August 9th 2018, we are installed our product at KOPI LEGO Coffee Shop. We also talked with its owner, Mr. Hariyono. He gives us advice about the product we have made to give more improvement so it can works better. He also give us permission to install our product in his Coffee Shop. We hope our roduct can help him to simplify the process of Classifying Coffee Beans.

This is our solution for Classifying Coffee Beans problem. We made ACE (Amazing Classifying Equipment) to simplify classifying process from three steps to only one step with one equipment. We hope this equipment can help villager to reduce time for classifying between robusta and lanang coffee beans.
