Improving the Idea

After discussing about the product, we made a detail design of 'Bamboo Rolling Machine'.

We made a manufacturing design based on the detail design of our product, and we made a 3D Model with Inventor, also the Front View, Side View and Top View as well.

Purchasing Materials.

Today, we started our manufacturing process.
We cut the hollow steel, and welded it to make a frame. We changed our design during manufacturing.
Our group finished 20% of our manufacturing process.

As a second day of making product, we welded the frame, leg and steel plate. In addition, we used lathe to make the shaft fits the bearing. Also we polished every parts to make it easier to draw. Our group finished 75% of our manufacturing process.

It's the final day of our product. We welded three shafts on the plate, and put two bearings by each shaft. Also, we painted it as a white color with compressor. We finished our product manufacturing process.

Product description and Self evaluation.

After finishing our product manufacturing process, we installed our product at the Bamboo artisan's workplace. He said that 'Robachine' can bend more easily with only spin the lever. So with this product, the process of bending the bamboo can be more effective and faster. I hope that every bamboo artisan can be satisfied with this product.

With only spinning the lever, we can easily bend the bamboo and make it into the rounded shape. I hope that 'Robachine' can be a effective product to Bamboo artisan.
