아르간 오일을 추출 할 때 손으로 짜서 기름을 얻어내는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 아직 공장식 process가 도입되지 않은 지역에서 활용할 수 있는 대책이 필요하다

호두껍질을 까는 도구를 커넬 분리 작업에 적용할 시 오일이 도구에 묻어 성능을 저하시키는 문제를 오일도 흡수하며 영구적으로 사용가능한 카폭섬유를 이용하여 문제를 해결해보았다.
